My journey is just like any mom who would see her mummy tummy and wish to go back to the days when no such tummy existed. I am also one of those who wanted to reduce my extra baggage. I had put on 25 kgs and wanted to shed off the extra kilos. After a year of delivery I started yoga which helped me reduce a lot of extra kgs, but the tummy still loved me a lot. One day, after 3 years, through a friend's status on Instagram, I came across Ritu's account !! I went through a lot of things she uploaded and her content actually showed me that I have DR. It was a new term and had never heard of it. Obviously, I did my homework and then thought she is not just an account but someone who is genuinely changing lives. From that day onwards, I didn't sleep till I finally got enrolled in the program. But the actual journey started here. I faced a lot of issues and a lot of times were there when I couldn't exercise well.. but the day I started doing everything as instructed, the results dropped in !! With some self consistency and Ritu's constant push helped me to always believe that I have to do it. She is keeping faith and that helped me in having faith in myself. I had a leg injury coz of which I wasn't allowed to walk much and hence, I was unable to do my 10k regime but that didn't stop me from the daily breathing exercises. I would really thank her for everything, especially all the push and all the words that helped me achieve the results !!"
